1. Introduction and acceptance

CafeFlow is owned and operated by Omar Hassan Alabyadh, a Software Engineer. By using CafeFlow, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.

3. CafeFlow service

CafeFlow provides software for café operations, including business, staff, order, inventory, and reporting workflows.

4. Business and staff accounts

Business owners are responsible for inviting staff, assigning suitable access, and keeping business information accurate.

5. 14-day trial

The 14-day trial starts when a business is created. Selecting a plan at Checkout does not restart the trial, and payment is not required to start it.

6. Plans and subscriptions

Plans describe the paid service a customer intends to request. Availability and account status remain subject to the current subscription record and applicable obligations.

7. Billing and payment requests

Checkout records a subscription and payment request. Current payment handling remains request-based and manual; these Terms do not promise automatic or instant paid activation.

Where electronic payment processing is made available, CafeFlow may use independent third-party payment service providers to facilitate transactions. CafeFlow is not a bank, financial institution, or independent payment processor, and the external provider may process, authorize, reject, or settle the transaction under its own terms and policies.

CafeFlow remains responsible for the parts of its own platform and integration that are within its reasonable control.

8. Cancellation

Customers may contact CafeFlow to request cancellation or discontinuation of paid service. Requests are handled manually according to account and subscription status and applicable obligations.

9. Refund requests

Where applicable, refund requests may be reviewed case by case based on the circumstances, service and payment status, any explicit agreement, and applicable law.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, seek unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, misuse accounts, or infringe third-party rights.

11. Customer and business data

Customers retain responsibility for the operational information they enter. CafeFlow uses that information as needed to provide and operate the service.

12. Accuracy of operational data

Reports and operational outputs depend on information entered and configured in the service. Review information before making important business decisions.

13. Third-party services

The service relies on independent third-party infrastructure and communications services, including hosting, database, email, WhatsApp where a user chooses to continue there, and, when enabled, payment processing.

External services may operate under their own terms and privacy notices and may experience outages, delays, restrictions, or transaction decisions outside CafeFlow’s reasonable control.

14. Service availability and changes

We may maintain, change, or update the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

15. Suspension and termination

CafeFlow may reasonably restrict, suspend, or terminate access for unlawful use, serious or repeated violations, security risks, misuse, payment non-compliance, legal requirements, or protection of users and the service.

16. Intellectual property

CafeFlow and its software, design, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to customers.

17. Disclaimers

The service is provided subject to applicable law. No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CafeFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including an independent payment provider’s outage, transaction rejection, settlement delay, provider-imposed fee, or restriction outside CafeFlow’s reasonable control.

This does not limit CafeFlow’s responsibility for its own platform or integration matters within its reasonable control to the extent required by applicable law.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an updated version takes effect is subject to the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Libya, subject to applicable law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Libya.

21. Contact information

Contact CafeFlow using the public contact page or the listed phone and WhatsApp channels.

Use the CafeFlow contact channels for questions about the service or these terms.
